Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. It's the most important term to understand before claiming any offer. A X10 rollover means your bet volume must reach 10 times the bonus value. X15 means 15 times, X20 means 20 times — and so on.
Example: You claim a RM100 bonus with X10 wagering. You must place total bets of RM1,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
Most bonuses have a cap on how much you can bet per round or per spin while bonus funds are active. Placing a bet over this limit can void your bonus entirely. This rule protects the platform from high-variance exploitation of bonus funds.
Example: Bonus terms state max bet RM250 per spin. If you place a RM300 bet while using bonus balance, the bonus — and any winnings — may be forfeited.
Game Contribution
Not every game contributes equally towards your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every RM1 wagered counts as RM1 toward your rollover. Table games like blackjack or baccarat often contribute only 10–20% — meaning every RM10 wagered on baccarat might count as only RM1 or RM2 towards your target.
Example: Playing RM100 on slots clears RM100 of rollover. Playing RM100 on roulette (15% contribution) clears only RM15.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses are not valid indefinitely. Most have a fixed window during which you must complete the wagering requirement. Common windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of claiming. If you don't complete rollover within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed.
Example: A 14-day bonus claimed on 1 June expires on 14 June at 23:59. Any uncleared rollover is forfeited at that point.
Sticky vs Non-sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out after rollover is met. A non-sticky (or cashable) bonus is credited to your real balance and can theoretically be withdrawn after meeting wagering, though terms vary.
Example: You have a sticky RM100 bonus and win RM350 total. You can withdraw the RM250 in winnings (RM350 minus the RM100 sticky balance), not the full RM350.
Maximum Cash-out (Bonus Win Cap)
Some bonuses limit the total amount you can withdraw from winnings derived from that bonus, regardless of how much you actually won. This is separate from your general withdrawal limit. Always check this figure before chasing a big win on a bonus balance.
Example: A RM50 free spin bonus has a RM500 max cash-out. Even if you spin up RM2,000 in winnings, only RM500 can be withdrawn from that bonus.
